Ketogenic diet: Breakfast omelette

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup of tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of goat cheese
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- Season according to your taste
Preparation:
Heat the pan and add a little coconut oil. Beat the eggs with 1 tablespoon milk, salt, pepper and the remaining spices. Pour the mixture into the pan. Slice the tomatoes and feta into cubes and place on the omelette in the pan. Reduce to medium heat and watch the omelette cooking for about 6 minutes. The omelet is ready when the bottom beginns to turn into brown and the feta is melted.
