Spaghetti with meatballs
- 1 1/2 pounds spaghetti
- Gravy o quick marinara sauce recipes (see recipe in sauce section) prepared as indicated
- 1/4 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- Fresh chopped parsley for garnish
Cook the pasta according to the package direction. Toss the 3/4 of the sauce with the grated cheese and pasta until coated. Add salt and pepper to taste. Top with additional sauce, fresh parsley, grated Parmesan cheese and parsley and a dollop of ricotta cheese. Add two meatballs and serve.
