Spinach artichoke Dip
This is the perfect holiday appetizer to whet your guests’ appetites.
- 15 ounce can of spinach
- 15 ounce can of artichoke hearts
- 8 ounces of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/3 cup of parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Boil the spinach and artichokes until tender. Drain and set aside. Microwave the cream cheese until melted. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, spinach, and artichokes. Stir well and serve warm.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted bread.
