Parmesan zucchini rounds
- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Garlic salt
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil. Lightly mist the foil with cooking spray. Cut the zucchini int 1/4 inch thick slices. Arrange the zucchini rounds onto the prepared pan. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Spoon a small layer of parmesan cheese onto each round. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the parmesan turns golden brown.
