Fried caciocavallo with oregano
- 500 gr caciocavallo (or similar cheese)
- 1 glass wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
Pour a little oil into a pan and heat up along with the garlic cloves; remove these when they start to discolour. Cut the cheese into slices and fry on both sides then season with salt and pepper and flavour with the oregano. Add the vinegar and cook for a few more minutes.
