Sausage and stracchino cheese crostini
- 1 8 ounces/250 g stracchino cheese
- 2 2 (2 ounces/90 g) pork sausages, casings removed or bulk
- 3 8 slices of country bread, sliced
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl, mix the stracchino cheese and sausages into a paste. Generously spread the mixture on each slices of bread. Place the bread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown.
