Prosciutto wrapped asparagus
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 16 asparagus spears, thick ends snapped off
- 8 sliced of prosciutto
Place the asparagus spears on a large baking sheet. Stir the melted butter and garlic together in a small bowl. Brush the mixture onto the asparagus spars. Turn on your oven’s broiler. Cut each slice of prosciutto in half lengthwise. Wrap each asparagus spear with a prosciutto half. Arrange the spears on the baking sheet in a single layer and broil for 5 minutes or until prosciutto is crispy and asparagus is bright green.
