Cranberry apple butter
- 16-20 Apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 12 oz Fresh cranberries
- 3 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cloves
- 6-8 Pint jars (depending on how big your slow cooker is)
Put the cranberries and apples in your slow cooker and turn your slow cooker on high. Cook for 18 hours. Add the sugar, cinnamon, and cloves. Stir well and cook for another 4 hours. Spoon the apple butter into the jars, screw on the lids and rings, and let them cool on the counter.
