The moist in an excellent addition to any holiday dinner spread.
- 15 ounce can of corn
- 15 ounce can of creamed corn
- 8 ounce package of corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
Preheat to oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. In a mixing bowl, combine the muffin mix, corn, butter and sour cream. Mix well. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes or until the casserole is golden brown.
Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese before serving.
