- 2 large tomatoes, thickly sliced
- 2 1 pound mozzarella balls, thickly sliced
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- Black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
On a plate, arrange the slices of tomato and mozzarella, alternating one after the other. Tear the fresh basil over the salad. Sprinkle with salt and pepper the drizzle with the extra virgin olive oil.
