It is a nice drink for special occasions. You can make it easily to serve for brunch.
Total time: 20 minutes
- Sparkling wine (chilled): 1 1/2 cups
- Sliced and hulled strawberries: 3 cups
- Strawberries: 3 large
- Confectioners sugar: 1/4 cup
- Brandy: 1 tablespoon
Blend confectioners sugar, brandy, and strawberries together in one blender to make a smooth mixture. Chill this mixture in the fridge for almost 15 minutes. Divide this mixture equally among three champagne flutes and top with sparkling wine (1/2 cup). Mix well and garnish every glass with one strawberry.
