Quick pizza dough
The recipe for the hungry or those with time to spare. The dough is ready for baking (wake yeast, 5 minutes to knead, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, let stand) for 20 minutes. If you have instant yeast, which does not need to be soaked get even faster.

- 2 tsp (7 g), dry yeast
- 1 tsp Sahara
- 1 cup (250 ml), warm water (45C)
- 2.5 cups (350 g) plain flour or bread
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 230C. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm (not hot) water. Let stand 10 minutes to wake up the yeast and began to play. Add flour, salt and oil and knead until you have a uniform dough. Give the dough for 5 minutes. Baking tray or pizza stone to lightly greased and sprinkled with semolina or corn grits.
