Serves: 6

Ingredients:

  • Lentils
  • 500 g ditalini or broken up spaghetti
  • 400 g dried tomatoes
  • 3 red onion
  • 1 celery
  • A few leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper or chili
  • Olive oil

Preparation:

Cook the lentils in a pan of salted water with the chopped onion, the diced dried tomatoes, the chopped celery leaves and some pepper. Cook for about an hour. Cook the pasta separately or add hot water to the lentils, adjust the salt and cook the pasta for the time specified on the packet. Season with the oil and the pepper or chili.
