Ketogenic diet: Bacon quiche (Cook en the pressure cooker)

The bacon quiche it is the very nutritious beginning of the day. You can be sure you will feel full until the lunch time.

Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 12 oz bacon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 5 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground celery
  • 7 oz Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup onion

Preparation:
Chop the bacon and sprinkle it with the ground black pepper and salt. Stir the mixture well. After this, spray the instant pot vessel with the olive oil inside and toss the chopper bacon there. Sautè the bacon in the instant pot for 7 minutes. Stir it frequently. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs in the bowl. Add heavy cream and chili pepper. After this, add butter, ground celery, and onion. Cut Romano cheese into the cubes and add it to the egg mixture. Then add the sautéed bacon and stir it gently. Pour the mixture. Then add the sautéed bacon and stir it gently. Pour the mixture in the instant pot and cook it at the pressure mode for 15 minutes. When the quiche is cooked firstly, chili it well and then serve. Enjoy!
