Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 small sized jalapeño
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 ounce cheddar cheese

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients in a blender till the batter smooth. Then pour the mixture onto the waffles and let it cook for about 5 minutes on each side. Your breakfast is ready.
