Whole pork tenderloin

Pork tenderloin provides an excellent canvas for a variety of tastes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 Pork loin, whole

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine the garlic powder, lemon pepper, basil, and rosemary in a bowl. Rub the mixture of spices over the entire pork loin. Brown the pork loin on all sides using a greased skillet over medium high heat. Transfer to an oiled roasting pan. Cook for 20 minutes.

Serving suggestion:

Spoon cranberry sauce over the pork loin before serving for an added holiday flair.
