Ingredients:

  • 225 grams vermicelli pasta
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 375 grams of sausage, cut
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano powder
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 piece of onion, chopped
  • 75 milliliters water
  • 1 red bel pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bel pepper, chopped
  • 200 milliliters tomato sauce bottle
  •  1/4 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper powder

Ingredients for tomato stew:

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 400 grams tomato, diced small

Preparation:

Boil vermicelli until soft. Remove from the heat and drain. Tomato stew: heat butter in a pan on medium heat. Add slices of tomato and stir for 1 minute. Replace the pan lid and boil for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the heat. Heat olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add sausages. Cook for 5 minutes, until the color changes. Remove from the heat. Place it in another bowl and cover to keep warm. Place garlic, chili powder, and oregano in a pan. Stir for 1 minute. Add onions and stir. Pour water and cook the onions until they are tender, for 5-7 minutes. Add red and green paprika. Stir for 4-5 minutes to make the paprika crunchy. Add tomato stew, tomato sauce, pepper, salt, and black pepper powder. Add the sausages and let them boil. Reduce the heat and replace the pan lid. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the heat. Arrange pasta on a plate. Pour the sauce and serve.
