Lamb chops

Let this dish become a new holiday tradition for your gatherings.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 6 Lamb chops, whole

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. In a bowl, stir together garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and oil. Brush the marinade oven the chops. Place the marinated pork chops in an oiled roasting pan. Roast until the meat’s interior temperature reaches 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Serving suggestion: Marinate the lamb chops overnight to salve time and ensure savory meat.
