Ketogenic diet: Keto pancakes (Cook en the pressure cooker)

If you cannot live without the pancakes it is the perfect solution for you. You will be amazed by fluffy  texture of the dish.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup full fat cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup coconut flour

Preparation:
Beat the egg in the bowl and whisk it. Add salt and baking soda. After this, add apple cider vinegar and stir the mixture well. Then add the full far cream and vanilla extract. After this, add coconut flour and whisk the mixture till you get smooth and sour cream texture dough. Toss the butter in the instant pot and ladle the small amount of the dough in the melted butter. Make the pancake with the help of the spoon and cook it for 2 minutes from one side. After this, turn pancake into another side. Make the same steps with all the dough. When the keto pancakes are cooked serve them warm. Enjoy!
