Fast pizza for baking

This is a very easy recipe for pizza without yeast. The dough is made with sour cream (can be done with a soft cheese). Filling in principle any I usually looking for something suitable in the refrigerator. You can do just with cheese, if nothing else.

Ingredients for the dough for the base:

• 250 g of thick cream
• 4 tbsp milk
• 6 tbsp vegetable oil
• 0.5 tsp baking powder
• 350 g of flour (2.5 cups)
• 0.5 tsp salt

Ingredients for filling:

• 0.5 cups of tomato sauce (or is diluted with water paste)
• 4 tomatoes, chopped
• A few slices of ham, sausage
• 4 not too sharp bitter pepper (optional)
• 15 button mushrooms, chopped
• Dried oregano (optional)
• Garlic salt (optional)
• 400 g grated cheese

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients for the dough. Baking lay baking paper. Roll out the dough (fairly thin) and transfer to a baking sheet (it is convenient to the rolling pin).
