Classic boba tea

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 5 minutes

Serving: 1 person

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoon sweetener
  • 1/4 cup fresh fruit juice, either raspberry, mango, or apricot
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 3 tablespoons tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk or cream
  • Ice

Preparation:

Make the tea, using the hot water and leave to brew for 5 minutes. Before removing the bags give them a squeeze to release the full flavor. Now mix in the milk with the sweetener. Place ice in a tall glass and add the tea. Place the juice on top, then add 3 tablespoons of tapioca. If wanted, you can add cream to the top. Dish up with a large straw.
