Pumpkin chocolate covered strawberries

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint strawberries, washed and dried
  • 1 package white chocolate almond bark or candy melts
  • Orange food dye

Preparation:

Melt almond bark or candy melts according to package directions. Once it’s melted, stir in orange food dye. Use enough to where its bright orange like a pumpkin. Completely dip the strawberries into the melted chocolate. You should still be able to see the leaves but you shouldn’t be able to see anymore red from the strawberry. Lay strawberries on a sheet of parchment paper and gently draw vertical pumpkin lines down the chocolate. Refrigerate strawberries until the chocolate is completely dried.
