Popcorn balls

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag popcorn, popper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 10-oz bag mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Reese’s Pieces

Preparation:

Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add marshmallows and stir until they are melted then remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Add popcorn to the marshmallow mixture and mix together. Gently fold in Reese’s Pieces. When mixture has cooled enough the handle, scoop about 1 cup of popcorn mixture and form it into a ball with your hands. I sprayed my hands with cooking spray so everything wouldn’t stick to my hands. Place each ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and allow them to cool.
