Polenta

Enjoy a delicious mixture of herbs and cheese in this Italian style snack which is best served with tea.

Ingredients:

  • Polenta: 1 cup
  • Water: 3 cups

Preparation:

Boil water and let it simmer for some time to reduce it. Pour polenta and constantly stir while pouring in the water. Continue stirring until the polenta becomes thick. It should leave the sedes of pans and can support one spoon. It will take take almost 20-50 minutes. Pour polenta into the cutting board (wooden) and leave it for a few minutes before cutting it into slices.
