Pizza minute

Delicious thin pizza in a pan, preparing for a few minute! Toppings for pizza, you can use any of them. I tried with mushrooms, ham and even meat fried with onions.

Ingredients for pizza dough:

• 2 eggs
• 4 tbsp sour cream
• 4 tsbp mayonnaise
• 2/3 cups flour (8-10 tbsp without slides)
• A pinch of salt

Ingredients for pizza toppings:

• Ketchup, mayonnaise
• 1 tomato
• 100 g of sausage or ham
• 100 g of cheese

Preparation:

Prepare the batter: beat eggs slightly, add the sour cream and mayonnaise, mix well. According spoon add the flour. Depending on how thick cream and mayonnaise, flour may be less or more. I used a very thick mayonnaise and sour cream. In mixed into the flour gradually need to make the dough has turned watery (like on pancakes) with no lumps. Baking pan greased with oil well, pour a thin layer of batter. I usually divide the dough into 2 pizza, because the form is not large. Coat the dough on top of ketchup, if you want you can even lubricate and mayonnaise. Top with tomato slices and salami. Sprinkle with grated cheese. I just planed cheese knife. Put the pizza in the oven. Bake at 220C for about 10 minutes until the pizza is golden brown.
