Peppermint popcorn bark

Servings: 18

Ingredients:

  • 2 bags popped popcorn
  • 6 oz of candy canes, crushed
  • 1 package of white almond bark
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

Preparation:

Place the popcorn in a very large bowl. Pour the crushed candy canes on top of popcorn. Melt the almond bark according to the package instructions. Add the peppermint extract to the melted almond bark and stir well. Pour the melted almond bark over the popcorn and stir until the popcorn is coated. Pour the coated popcorn onto wax paper and spread in an even layer. Allow the popcorn to harden then break it into pieces.
