Servings: 8

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 3 lbs ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 large can of prepared spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp minced onions
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 container ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 block of cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tbsp parsley
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Over ready lasagna noodles

Preparation:

Mix together the cooked ground beef, spaghetti sauce, garlic powder, onions, salt and pepper. Stir and cook over medium high heat until heated though (about 5 minutes). In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup of the cheddar cheese, eggs and parsley. In your lasagna pan spread a layer of meat sauce, then a layer of lasagna noodles (uncooked), then a layer of the cheese mixture, topped with 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese. Repeat layers. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for an hour and a half.
