Italian tuna balls

Ingredients:

  • Two 160 gr of tuna in sunflower or olive oil drained (reserve a little oil)
  • Small handful of pine nuts
  • Freshly grated zest one lemon
  • Small handful parsley leaves, roughly chopped
  • 50 gr fresh breadcrumbs
  • One egg, beaten
  • 400 gr spaghetti
  • 500 gr pasta sauce

Preparation:

Break the tuna into a bowl, put the pine nuts, lemon zest, parsley, breadcrumbs and egg. Season and mix with hands until completely combined. They make few balls from the mixture. Use a large pan of salt water, and then boil and cook the spaghetti according to pack. Heat some fish oil in a non stick pan, and then fry the balls that were made before. Fry it for around 5 minutes, fry till everything is completely golden. Drain the oil on some paper and heat tuna balls with tomato sauce, pasta.
