Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles

Preparation:

Microwave the butterscotch chips and the peanut butter in a large microwave safe bowl for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds. Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir in the peanuts and the chow mein noodles. Spoon dollops of the mixture onto wax paper or parchment paper. Let sit for 2-3 hours or until completely cooled and hardened. Serve immediately or store in a airtight container.
