Ghost cookies

Serves: 10-12

Ingredients:

  • 1 package white chocolate almond bark or candy melts
  • 1 1 lb package Nutter Butter cookies
  • About 4 tsp mini chocolate chips

Preparation:

Melt almond bark or candy melts according to package directions. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Dip cookies, one at time, into the melted almond bark/candy. Dip as much of the cookie as possible. Lay dipped cookies flat on baking sheet. Place two chocolate chips towards the top of the cookies to resemble eyes. Let cook for 10-20 minutes.
