Cranberry orange cheese ball

Servings: 6

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp fresh orange zest
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup candied chopped pecans
  • Graham crackers

Preparation:

With an electric mixer, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in the orange zest and dried cranberries until well blended. Line a bowl with plastic wrap. Press the mixture into the bowl. Using the plastic wrap, roll the mixture into a ball. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours and then roll into a ball again if it needs reshaping. Unwrap and roll in the candied pecans. Serve with graham crackers.
