Depois de tudo misturado, forre com a batata palha, decore com azeitonas e uva passa tamb\u00e9m. Descarte a \u00e1gua com os temperos e desfie o frango em uma tigela grande. Acrescente todos os ingredientes, exceto a batata palha (que dever\u00e1 ser colocada pouco antes de servir) e misture. Sirva gelado. Acerte o sal se precisar. Eu gosto de colocar a cebola ralada pq acho que mistura melhor e o sabor fica muito bom.<\/p>\n<p><b>Ingredientes<\/b><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 e 1\/2 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de peito de frango cozido e desfiado<\/li>\n<li>1 batata grande em cubos, cozida<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 x\u00edcara (ch\u00e1) de ervilhas (eu passo as ervilhas pela \u00e1gua fervente s\u00f3 para descongelar porque uso as de pacote)<\/li>\n<li>1 cenoura pequena ralada<\/li>\n<li>1 ma\u00e7\u00e3 pequena picada (pode ser com ou sem casca)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 lata de milho verde<\/li>\n<li>2 col. (sopa) de uva-passa<\/li>\n<li>1 col. (sopa) de sals\u00e3o picado miudinho<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 col. (sopa) de cebola ralada<\/li>\n<li>100g de creme de leite (1\/2 caixinha)<\/li>\n<li>250g de maionese (meio vidro)<\/li>\n<li>Sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9 s\u00f3 misturar tudo e decorar com batata palha ou como quiser! Esta receita serve 8 pessoas. Para obter essa quantidade de cebola ralada eu usei 1\/2 cebola grande passada no ralador. Se voc\u00ea quiser pode picar a cebola, nesse caso use 1\/2 cebola. Misturei tudo delicadamente at\u00e9 ficar bem incorporado. Vale a pena para quem gostar, acrescentar l\u00e2minas de am\u00eandoas ou azeitonas picadas. Em seguida, misture todos os ingredientes e pronto.
