{"id":9932,"date":"2017-05-03T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-05-02T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/tarta-clasica-de-puerros\/"},"modified":"2018-02-28T11:33:57","modified_gmt":"2018-02-28T10:33:57","slug":"tarta-clasica-de-puerros","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/tarta-clasica-de-puerros\/","title":{"rendered":"Tarta cl\u00e1sica de puerros"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\"><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 masa de hojaldre para tarta<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">100 gr de manteca<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 kg de puerros cortados en rodajas finas<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">2 huevos batidos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">250 ml de nata (crema de leche)<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1\/2 taza de queso gruyere en hebras (rallado grueso)<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 cucharadita de t\u00e8 de or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">50 gr de jam\u00f3n crudo (iberico), cortado en fetas m\u00e1s gruesas<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1\/2 cucharadita de t\u00e8 de nuez moscada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nPrecalentar el horno a 230\u00b0C (fuerte). Forrar una tartera con la masa de tarta. Pintar la base con mostaza. En un sart\u00e9n, derretir la manteca a fuego mediano. Rehogar el puerro por 5 minutos hasta que se cocine bien. Anadir el jam\u00f3n crudo cortado en tiritas y cocinar por otros 3 minutos. Condimentar con sal y pimienta a gusto. Mezclar en un bol los huevos junto con la crema de leche. Agregar el puerro y jam\u00f3n crudo a la preparaci\u00f3n de huevo, junto con el queso rallado. Mezclar bien hasta que se hayan integrado. Rellenar la tartera con la preparaci\u00f3n. Rociar por \u00faltimo con algunas hebras de queso para gratinar. Llevar al horno por 35 minutos.
