{"id":9899,"date":"2017-05-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-05-07T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/raviolis-clasicos-de-carne\/"},"modified":"2017-05-08T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-05-07T22:00:00","slug":"raviolis-clasicos-de-carne","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/raviolis-clasicos-de-carne\/","title":{"rendered":"Raviolis cl\u00e0sicos de carne"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;text-align: center\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;text-align: left\"><b>Ingredientes para la masa:<\/b><br \/>\n125 gr de harina com\u00fan<br \/>\n125 gr de s\u00e9mola<br \/>\n1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<br \/>\n2 huevos<br \/>\n1 pizca de sal<br \/>\n1 a 2 cucharadas de agua<\/div>\n<p><b>Ingredientes para el relleno:<\/b><br \/>\n250 gr de carne de ternera, picada (molida)<br \/>\n1\/4 de cebolla, picada<br \/>\n3 dientes de ajo, picados<br \/>\n1 huevo, batido<br \/>\nor\u00e8gano fresco, al gusto<br \/>\nperejil fresco al gusto<\/p>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nDorar la carne picada en una cacerola y agregar la cebolla y el ajo picado. Una vez que todo est\u00e1 dorado, colar para retirar los jugos. Poner en un bol y condimentar con perejil, or\u00e8gano y sal. Finalmente agregar el huevo batido y mezclar. Para la masa, tamizar juntos la harina y la s\u00e9mola. Batir juntos los huevos, el aceite de oliva, y el agua. Formar una monta\u00f1a con la harina sobre la mesada, hacer un huevo en el centro, y agregar la mitad de la mezcla de huevo. Unir revolviendo con dos dedos agregando el resto de huevo a medida que hace falta. Amasar el bollo de 8 a 10 minutos sobre la mesada enharinada. Formar un bollo liso y envolver con film. Llevar a la heladera 1 hora. Cortar la masa en dos. Estirar cada bollo con palote hasta un espesor como una moneda. Colocar cucharaditas de relleno dejando espacio entre un montocito y el siguiente. Pincelar con huevo batido alrededor de cada montocito. Cubrir con la otra plancha de masa y sellar cada ravioli. Cortar con rueda o un cuchillo. Hervir agua con sal en una cacerola grande y cocinar los raviolis que est\u00e9n al dente. Colar con espumadera y servir.
