{"id":9435,"date":"2017-05-30T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-05-29T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/chiles-en-nogada\/"},"modified":"2017-05-30T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-05-29T22:00:00","slug":"chiles-en-nogada","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/chiles-en-nogada\/","title":{"rendered":"Chiles en nogada"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;text-align: center\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;text-align: left\">\u00a0<b>Ingredientes:<\/b><br \/>\n15 chiles poblanos, grandes<br \/>\n1 kg de carne picada de cerdo<br \/>\n1 cebolla<br \/>\n3 dientes de ajo, picados<br \/>\n2 hojas de laurel<br \/>\n1\/2 cebolla, picada<br \/>\n1 taza de perejil picado<br \/>\n4 tomates picados y sin semillas<br \/>\n1\/2 taza de almendras picadas y peladas<br \/>\n1\/2 taza de pinones<br \/>\n1\/4 taza de c\u00e0scara de naranja, finamente picada o rallada<br \/>\n2 manzanas peladas y cortadas en pequenos cubos<br \/>\nsal al gusto<\/div>\n<p><b>Ingredientes para la salsa:<\/b><br \/>\n2 tazas de leche<br \/>\n1 taza de nueces picadas<br \/>\n1 taza de queso parmesano rallado<br \/>\n2 cucharaditas de canela<\/p>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nPrecalentar el horno a 200\u00b0 C (fuerte). Separar una asadera y una fuente para horno y mesa. En una cacerola, saltear la carne con la cebolla, 1 diente de ajo picado, las hojas de laurel y sal al gusto. En otra sart\u00e9n, dorar los ajos restantes y la cebolla picada, los tomates, y 1\/2 taza de perejil picado. Incorporar la carne cocida y cocinar a fuego lento durante 5 minutos, sin tapar. Agregar las almendras, los pinones, la c\u00e0scara de naranja, las manzanas y las pasas de uvas. Dejar al fuego hasta que la carne est\u00e9 totalmente cocida, unos 10 minutos. Colocar los chiles enteros en una asadera y llevar al horno. Asar de ambos lados hasta que la piel se queme o se pueda despegar f\u00e1cilmente. Retirar del horno y colocarlos dentro una bolsa de pl\u00e1stico durante 5 minutos, esto facilita el quitarles la piel. Retirar la piel y abrir un bolsillo a lo largo cuidando de no llegar a los extremos. Retirar con cuidado las semillas y vaciarlos. Rellenar los chiles con la preparaci\u00f3n de carne. Ubicarlos en la fuente para horno y banar con la salsa nogada. Salpicar con perejil picado y gratinar al horno. Servir. Para preparar la salsa nogada: Procesar la leche con las nueces, el queso y la canela. Agregar unas cucharadas de az\u00facar si lo desea.
