Rellenar el pato con estas naranjas despu\u00e9s de haber salpimentado a gusto. Aderezar el pato y colocarlo sobre una placa untada de aceite. Colocar la mantequilla sobre la superficie y hacer cocer lentamente a fuego medio durante media hora, a\u00f1adiendo despu\u00e9s de la media hora el jugo de marinada, rociando el pato con este jugo. Continuar la cocci\u00f3n hasta que la carne est\u00e9 a gusto del comensal (aproximadamente una hora en total, depende del tama\u00f1o del pato). Diez minutos antes de terminar la cocci\u00f3n, anadir las dos \u00faltimas naranjas cortadas en rodajas.
