{"id":9171,"date":"2017-06-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-06-07T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/empanada-gallega-casera\/"},"modified":"2019-02-25T19:36:05","modified_gmt":"2019-02-25T18:36:05","slug":"empanada-gallega-casera","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/empanada-gallega-casera\/","title":{"rendered":"Empanada gallega casera"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ingredientes para la masa:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">500 g de harina de trigo<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">25 g de levadura<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">100 cc de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">100 cc de agua<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Una pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ingredientes para el relleno:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 cebolla mediana picada<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo picados<\/li>\n<li>100 g de olivas verdes (aceitunas) sin carozo<\/li>\n<li>2 latas de at\u00fan en aceite, escurrido<\/li>\n<li>1 patata mediana cortada en cubitos<\/li>\n<li>272 morr\u00f2n picado<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li>Pimienta al gusto<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nPrecalentar el horno a 200\u00b0C (fuerte). Para la masa: Colocar todos los ingredientes en una procesadora y mezclar hasta que se forme un bollo que se separe de las paredes del bol. Dividir la masa en dos bollos iguales y dejar reposar unos 30 minutos en la heladera. Luego estirar con un palote en una superficie enharinada y cubrir el primer disco una tartera previamente enmantecada. Para el relleno: En un sart\u00e9n grande, rehogar la cebolla, el morr\u00f2n y ajo en una cucharada de aceite por 5 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos. Anadir el at\u00fan y las olivas descarozadas y picadas. Salpimentar a gusto y condimentar con el piment\u00f3n. Por \u00faltimo, agregar la patata en cubos, bajar el fuego y cocinar por 7 a 10 minutos m\u00e1s hasta que la papa est\u00e9 tierna. Reservar y enfriar por 20 minutos como m\u00ednimo antes de rellenar la tarta. Para el armado: Una vez fr\u00edo el relleno, cubrir la masa estirada con el relleno y esparcirlo homog\u00e9neamente por la masa. Cubrir con el segundo disco de masa estirado u cerrar los bordes con un repulgue simple. Pintar con huevo batido. Llevar al horno por 30 minutos hasta que se haya dorado la masa.
