{"id":9065,"date":"2017-06-12T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-06-11T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/pastel-brise-con-crema-de-limon\/"},"modified":"2018-05-05T10:58:13","modified_gmt":"2018-05-05T08:58:13","slug":"pastel-brise-con-crema-de-limon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pastel-brise-con-crema-de-limon\/","title":{"rendered":"Pastel bris\u00e8 con crema de lim\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ingredientes para la masa bris\u00e8 dulce:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">100 gr de mantequilla fr\u00eda, cortada en cubitos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">175 gr de harina, cernida<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">2 cucharadas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 yema de huevo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ingredientes para el relleno de\u00a0lim\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 limones, rallados y exprimidos<\/li>\n<li>115 gr de mantequilla derretida<\/li>\n<li>3 huevos<\/li>\n<li>150 gr de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>25 gr de harina, cernida<\/li>\n<li>10 gr de f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz, cernida<\/li>\n<li>Nata batida, para servir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nEn primer lugar hacer la masa. Con la yema de los dedos, frotar la mantequilla en la harina hasta que la mezcla parezca pan rallado. Agregar el az\u00facar y la sal, la yema de huevo y 1 cucharada de agua fr\u00eda y mezclar hasta obtener una masa firme. (Esto se puede hacer en una procesadora de alimentos). Envolver la masa en film transparente o papel manteca y dejar descansar en la heladera durante 20 minutos. Precalentar el horno a 190\u00b0C (horno moderado) y colocar una fuente de horno plana, a calentar. Estirar la masa sobre una superficie ligeramente enharinada hasta lograr un espesor de 2 mm, forrar una tartera desmontable de 24 cm. Pinchar la base de la masa con un tenedor y llevar a la heladera para enfriar por 10 minutos. Cubrir la masa con un c\u00edrculo de papel manteca y colocar encima porotos secos. Poner la tartera sobre la fuente de horno plana, y hornear durante 12 a 15 minutos hasta que la masa est\u00e9 dorada. Mientras tanto, preparar preparar el relleno. Mezclar la ralladura de lim\u00f3n y el jugo, la mantequilla derretida, los huevos, el az\u00facar, la harina y la f\u00e9cula de ma\u00edz en un bol grande, y batir hasta que quede suave. Retirar los porotos y el papel manteca de la tartera y reducir la temperatura del horno a 180\u00b0C (moderado). Volcar el relleno de lim\u00f3n en la tartera y cocinar durante 15 minutos o hasta que el relleno est\u00e9 firme.
