{"id":8936,"date":"2017-06-15T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-06-14T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/pastel-de-higos\/"},"modified":"2018-04-28T17:00:13","modified_gmt":"2018-04-28T15:00:13","slug":"pastel-de-higos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pastel-de-higos\/","title":{"rendered":"Pastel de higos"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">\u00a0<b>Ingredientes para la masa:<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">320 gr de harina<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1\/4 taza de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Una pizca de sal<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">2 cucharadas de almendras molidas<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">180 gr de mantequilla, cortada en cubos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 huevo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ingredientes para el relleno:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>12 higos<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cucharadas de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 taza de yogurt natural<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nEn una procesadora de alimentos, procesar la harina, el az\u00facar, una pizca de sal y las almendras durante 10 segundos. Anadir la mantequilla en cubos y procesar hasta que la mezcla parezca migas gruesas. Anadir el huevo y procesar hasta formar una masa. Anadir 1 cucharada de agua fr\u00eda si es necesario. Formar un bollo, envolver en film si es necesario. Formar un bollo, envolver en film transparente y llevar a la heladera por 30 minutos. Precalentar el horno a 200\u00b0C (horno fuerte). Rociar 2 bandejas para hornear con aceite en aerosol. Sobre una superficie ligeramente enharinada, estirar la masa hasta lograr un espesor de 5 mm. Cortar c\u00edrculos de 13 cm. Colocar los c\u00edrculos de masa en las bandejas para hornear y hacer un repulgue con los dedos alrededor de casa c\u00edrculo para darles forma de tarta. Dejar descansar en la heladera por 30 minutos. Luego hornear durante 12 minutos. Retirar las fuentes del horno y reducir la temperatura a 180\u00b0C (horno moderado). Mientras tanto, pelar los higos y cortarlos en rodajas de higo sobre las bases de la tarta. Espolvorear con az\u00facar y hornear durante otros 15 minutos.
