{"id":8886,"date":"2017-06-16T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-06-15T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/pan-de-calabaza\/"},"modified":"2018-06-26T16:37:33","modified_gmt":"2018-06-26T14:37:33","slug":"pan-de-calabaza","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pan-de-calabaza\/","title":{"rendered":"Pan de calabaza"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">850 gr de harina, m\u00e1s extra para amasar<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">300 gr de calabazas asadas, hechas pur\u00e9<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Aceite de oliva, cantidad necesaria<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">14 gr de levadura en polvo<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">120 cc de agua tibia<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">235 cc de leche tibia<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">2 huevos, ligeramente batidos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">75 gr de mantequilla, derretida<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">65 gr de az\u00facar negra<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nPrecalentar el horno a 200\u00b0C (fuerte). Cortar la calabaza por la mitad a lo largo, retirar las semillas, rociar con aceite de oliva, y hornear de 45 a 60 minutos hasta que est\u00e9 blanda. Retirar del horno, quitar la c\u00e1scara, y hacer un puro. Dejar enfriar. En un bol, disolver la levadura en agua y dejar reposar 5 minutos. Agregar el pur\u00e9, la leche, los huevos batidos, el az\u00facar negra, y sal. De a poco, agregar la harina y unir hasta formar un bollo. Volcar sobre la mesada y amasar 5 minutos. Colocar el bollo en el bol y aceitar ligeramente con 1 cucharadita de aceite. Tapar con film transparente y dejar levar 1 hora hasta que doble su volumen. Dividir la masa en 3 partes iguales y amasar cada una formando un pan alargado. Ubicar cada pan en una budinera alargada y dejar levar 30 minutos. Llevar al horno y cocinar 30 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n dorados.
