{"id":8773,"date":"2017-06-19T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-06-18T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/pan-de-pasas-con-canela\/"},"modified":"2018-06-24T11:52:12","modified_gmt":"2018-06-24T09:52:12","slug":"pan-de-pasas-con-canela","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pan-de-pasas-con-canela\/","title":{"rendered":"Pan de pasas con canela"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">375 gr de pasas de Corito<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">50 gr de levadura fresca<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">300 cc de leche tibia<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 kg de harina com\u00fan<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">150 gr de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">2 huevos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">200 gr de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 cucharadita de canela<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 yema batida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nRemojar las pasas en agua tibia y dejar reposar. Mezclar la levadura con la leche y el az\u00facar. Incorporar gradualmente la harina. Tapar la masa y dejar levar por 20 minutos. Mientras tanto, colar las pasas y secarlas bien con una toalla de papel. Incorporar los huevos, sal, canela y mantequilla a la masa, y continuar amasando hasta que se forme una masa maleable y ligera. Por \u00faltimo, agregar las pasas de uva. Colocar la masa en un molde redondo tipo tortera previamente untada en aceite. Dejar levar por otros 60 minutos. Precalentar el horno a 200\u00b0C (moderado). Con un cuchillo bien filoso, hacer una cruz en la parte superior del pan y luego pintar con la yema batida. Llevar al horno por 1 hora hasta que la parte superior est\u00e9 bien dorada.
