{"id":8699,"date":"2017-06-20T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-06-19T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/pizza-premium-al-ajillo\/"},"modified":"2018-06-15T20:00:17","modified_gmt":"2018-06-15T18:00:17","slug":"pizza-premium-al-ajillo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pizza-premium-al-ajillo\/","title":{"rendered":"Pizza premium al ajillo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ingredientes para la masa:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 gr de harina de fuerza (y un poquito m\u00e1s para enharinar)<\/li>\n<li>15 gr de levadura fresca<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>140 ml de agua templada<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ingredientes para la salsa de tomate:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lata de tomate triturado<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li>1 cebolla mediana<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de pimienta negra molida<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n dulce<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ingredientes para la cubierta:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150 gr de queso mozzarella rallado<\/li>\n<li>2 tomates frescos mallorquines (o tomates para ensalada que consigas)<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>2 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li>1 pizca de romero<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nDiluir la levadura en el agua templada. Aparte, en un bol, colocar la harina en forma de volc\u00e0n y verter en el centro de la preparaci\u00f3n anterior (la levadura diluida en el agua), la cucharada de aceite de oliva y la sal. Mezclar los ingredientes hasta obtener una masa que se debe trabajar 10 minutos en la mesada enharinada ligeramente. Dejarla fermentar cubierta con un trapo h\u00famedo durante una hora. Pelar los dientes de ajos, picarlos finamente y a\u00f1adirlos a la masa. Trabajar un poquito m\u00e1s la masa para que los ajos picados se distribuyan de manera pareja. Cortar la masa en dos porciones, darles forma de bola y extenderlas en las pizzer\u00edas bien aceitadas. Espolvorearlas con piment\u00f2n dulce y dejarlas reposar media hora tapadas con repasador. Mientras tanto, pelar la cebolla, picarla y rehogarla en una sart\u00e9n con aceite de oliva. Anadir el tomate triturado y condimentar con piment\u00f2n, or\u00e9gano, az\u00facar y sal. Dejarla cocinar unos 15 minutos a fuego moderado. Reservar. Cocinar las pizzas en horno moderado y precalentado a 180\u00b0C, hasta que se cocinen sin dorarse. Retirar las pizzas del horno y repartir sobre ellas la salsa de tomate. Cubrirlas con queso mozzarella y hornearlas nuevamente hasta que queden doradas y crujientes. Sacar las pizzas del horno y adornarlas con tomate fresco cortado en gajos. Ali\u00f1ar estos gajos de tomate sobre las pizzas con aceite de oliva, ajos laminados, sal or\u00e9gano y romero.
