{"id":8534,"date":"2017-06-26T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-06-25T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/tiramisu-helado\/"},"modified":"2018-11-15T19:18:15","modified_gmt":"2018-11-15T18:18:15","slug":"tiramisu-helado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/tiramisu-helado\/","title":{"rendered":"Tiramis\u00fa helado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">250 g de queso mascarpone<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">4 huevos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">100 g de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">100 cc de vino marsala<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">250 cc de nata doble<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">12 galletas vainillas<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">150 cc de caf\u00e9 bien fuerte, tipo expreso, fr\u00edo<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Cacao amargo en polvo, para decorar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nPara el helado: Separar las claras de las yemas. Batir las yemas con la mitad del az\u00facar hasta que est\u00e9n bien cremosas. Batir el queso mascarpone con el vino, y luego agregar a la mezcla de yemas. Batir la crema hasta que formen picos duros, e incorporar a la mezcla anterior. Batir las claras con el resto del az\u00facar a nieve. Incorporar en forma envolvente. Para el armado: Forrar una budinera alargada con papel film. Colocar un poco de la mezcla de helado en la base, y cubrir con una capa de vainillas. Pasar primero las vainillas, de a una, en el caf\u00e9 fr\u00edo. Cubrir las vainillas con el helado. Repetir las capas. Golpear suavemente la budinera contra la mesada para eliminar las burbujas. Llevar al frezar por 3 a 4 horas, o hasta que est\u00e9 medianamente congelado, debe estar blando en el centro. Desmoldar en una fuente, y retirar el papel film.
