Sobre una fuente para horno, colocar 4 cazuelas individuales de barro o cer\u00e1mica, aptas para horno. Separar una segunda placa para horno y forrar la base con papel manteca. Reservar. Para la crema: En un bol grande, mezclar las yemas con 6 cucharadas de az\u00facar y 4 cucharadas de harina morada. Reservar. En una cacerola peque\u00f1a, hervir 550 cc de leche. Una vez que le leche hirvi\u00f3, verter la mitad sobre las yemas y batir en\u00e9rgicamente. Incorporar el resto de la leche y batir nuevamente. Volcar toda la preparaci\u00f3n en la cacerola y cocinar al fuego hasta que hierva 2 veces. Retirar del fuego y dividir la crema entre las 4 cazuelas. Dejar entibiar y cubrir con film transparente. En un bol, batir 30 gr de az\u00facar, 2 yemas y la ralladura de lim\u00f3n. Agregar la nata (crema de leche) y 50 cc de leche, y batir bien. Verter la preparaci\u00f3n sobre las cazuelas y llevar al horno. Cocinar en el horno precalentado hasta que tome consistencia y al mover las cazuelas est\u00e9n m\u00e1s o menos firmes. Retirar del horno, dejar entibiar y llevar a la heladera. Para las tiras de merengue: En un bol de metal o vidrio, colocar las claras y batir con batidora el\u00e9ctrica hasta punto nieve. Incorporar lentamente 200 gr de az\u00facar y batir hasta punto merengue firme. Incorporar 1\/2 cucharada de harina de ma\u00edz morada y mezclar bien. Colocar el merengue en una manga de reposter\u00eda. Sobre la placa con papel manteca. Hacer tiras de merengue sobre el papel. Llevar al horno y cocinar 40 minutos hasta sacar el merengue. Apagar el horno y dejar entibiar el merengue adentro. Retirar la creme brule\u00e8 de la heladera, espolvorear con az\u00facar y sopletar o colocar abajo de grill del horno para dorar.
