{"id":8241,"date":"2017-07-11T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-07-10T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/pasta-la-toscana\/"},"modified":"2017-07-11T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2017-07-10T22:00:00","slug":"pasta-la-toscana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pasta-la-toscana\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasta a la toscana"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;text-align: center\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both;text-align: left\"><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><br \/>\n400 gr de pasta corta tipo caracol o penne<br \/>\n1 cebolla roja pequena, picada<br \/>\n1 zanahoria peque\u00f1a, pelada y rallada<br \/>\n3 dientes de ajo machacados<br \/>\n800 gr de tomates en conserva, picados<br \/>\n1 taza de caldo de verduras, caliente<br \/>\n300 gr de porotos cannellini de lata, escurridos y enjuagados<br \/>\n1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<br \/>\n1\/4 taza de queso parmesano<br \/>\n50 gr de r\u00f9cula cortada en trozos grandes<br \/>\n1\/4 taza de albahaca fresca picada<br \/>\n1\/2 taza de pan rallado<br \/>\nsal al gusto<br \/>\npimienta negra reci\u00e9n molida, al gusto<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nCocinar la pasta en una cacerola grande con agua hirviendo ligeramente salada, durante 10 a 12 minutos, o seg\u00fan las instrucciones del paquete, hasta que est\u00e9 al dente. Mientras tanto, calentar el aceite en una cacerola grande a fuego medio, agregar la cebolla, la zanahoria y el ajo y saltear por 5 minutos hasta que est\u00e9n tiernos. Anadir los tomates, el caldo, los porotos y el parmesano. Condimentar a gusto con sal y pimienta y cocinar a fuego lento, sin tapar, durante 5 minutos. Colar la pasta y colocar en una fuente para servir. Anadir la r\u00f9cula y la mitad de la albahaca a la salsa, y volcar sobre la pasta. Mezclar bien.
