Colocar la bolsa en un m\u00e1s grande tambi\u00e9n de sello herm\u00e9tico (tipo Ziploc). Llenar la bolsa grande con el hielo y la sal gruesa. Presionar y sacar todo el aire, y cerrar la bolsa. Envolver la bolsa con un repasador. Sacudir la bolsa continuamente hasta que la crema se transforme en una crema m\u00e1s consistente, tipo helado, m\u00e1s o menos por 5 a 10 minutos. Retirar la bolsa chica y enjugar inmediatamente, lavando la sal. Colocar la bolsa con helado plana. Con el mango de una cuchara de madera, empujar el helado hasta la punta de la bolsa. Cortar la punta con una tijera, y presionar el contenido de la bolsa en un bol.
