{"id":7894,"date":"2017-08-02T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-08-01T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/paella-valenciana\/"},"modified":"2018-11-20T15:30:07","modified_gmt":"2018-11-20T14:30:07","slug":"paella-valenciana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/paella-valenciana\/","title":{"rendered":"Paella valenciana"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ingredientes:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 cucharada de aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1\/2 pollo grande en 6 presas (aproximadamente 1 kg)<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1\/2 conejo limpio y en trozos (aproximadamente 1\/2 kg)<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 cabeza de ajo, dientes separados y pelados<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 tomate, finamente picado<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">450 r de porotos cocidos<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">150 g de arvejas (guisantes verdes)<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">150 g de chauchas en trozos (jud\u00edas verdes)<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Sal al gusto<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 cucharadita de piment\u00f3n molido<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 pizca de azafr\u00e1n<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Tomillo seco a gusto (opcional)<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Romero seco a gusto (opcional)<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">4 tazas de arroz<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Agua, c\/n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nPoner el aceite en una paellera y calentar a fuego medio. Agregar el pollo, conejo y ajo, y cocinar hasta que tomen un color dorado. Mover las piezas de carne dorada a los lados de la paellera y agregar el tomate, porotos, arvejas y chauchas. Condimentar con piment\u00f3n molido y mezclar bien. Llenar una paellera de agua, casi hasta el tope. Medir el agua conforme la vaya agregando. Esto la ayudar\u00e1 a determinar la cantidad de arroz que debe utilizar, ya que las paelleras existen en diferentes tama\u00f1os. Dejar que hierva. Cocinar a fuego lento durante aproximadamente 1 hora hasta que se forme un buen caldo. Condimentar con una buena cantidad de sal y suficiente azafr\u00e1n para lograr un color amarillo. Si lo desea, puede condimentar con tomillo y romero. La idea es crear un caldo rico en sabor para que sea absorbido por el arroz y lo haga deliciosa. Incorporar el arroz (use s\u00f3lo la mitad en relaci\u00f3n a la cantidad de agua que haya usado. Tapar, reducir la llama y dejar cocinar a fuego lento hasta que el l\u00edquido haya sido absorbido, aproximadamente 20 minutos.
