{"id":7847,"date":"2017-08-08T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2017-08-07T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/ingredientes-para-la-masa-420-gr-de\/"},"modified":"2018-06-15T17:43:10","modified_gmt":"2018-06-15T15:43:10","slug":"pizza-a-la-provenzal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pizza-a-la-provenzal\/","title":{"rendered":"Pizza a la provenzal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Ingredientes para la masa:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">420 gr de harina<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 1\/2 tazas de agua<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 1\/2 cucharadas de levadura de cerveza<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">1 cucharadita de sal<\/li>\n<li class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: left;\">Aceite de oliva, cantidad necesaria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Ingredientes para el relleno:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>120 gr de jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico o jam\u00f3n crudo, en lonchas<\/li>\n<li>1 taz\u00f2n de queso mozzarella rallado<\/li>\n<li>8 rodajas de tomate fresco<\/li>\n<li>8 olivas negras<\/li>\n<li>3 cucharadas de ajo y perejil seco (hidratado en agua y aceite)<\/li>\n<li>Una pizca de mezcla de especias (aj\u00ec molido, tomillo y pimienta negra)<\/li>\n<li>Or\u00e9gano, cantidad necesaria<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><br \/>\nEn un bol, disolver la levadura con 1\/2 taza de agua. Incorporar 125 gr de harina y mezclar bien. Tapar con film y dejar reposar hasta que se esponje, aproximadamente 1 hora. Anadir el resto del agua, la harina y la sal y mezclar bien. Una vez que se form\u00f3 la masa, amasarla sobre una superficie enharinada hasta que quede una masa suave y flexible, m\u00e1s o menos por 15 minutos. Volver a un bol enharinado y cubrir con papel film. Dejar leudar 2 a 3 horas en un lugar seco y caliente (por ejemplo, cerca del horno), hasta que duplique su tama\u00f1o. Desinflar la masa y estirarla. Dejar reposar por otros 10 a 15 minutos (mientras prepara los otros ingredientes). Mientras tanto, precalentar el horno bien caliente (220\u00b0). Estirar la masa, ya sea con las manos o con la ayuda del palote. Colocarla sobre una pizzera ligeramente aceitada. Pintar la masa con el aceite de oliva y llevar al horno por 8 minutos. Retirar y cubrir con el jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico y la mozzarella arriba. Disponer las ocho rodajas de tomate encima de queso, y esparcir el ajo y perejil hidratado. Espolvorear con la mezcla de especias. Volver al horno unos 15 minutos m\u00e1s.
