Frie cada cosa por separado\u00a0hasta que esten al punto\u00a0(la patata como si fuera para tortilla, no tiene\u00a0que dorarse mucho).\u00a0Pica el ajo menudo y m\u00e9zclalo con el vino\u00a0blanco y el perejil.\u00a0Corta el tomate en rodajas finas.\u00a0Unta una fuente de horno con aceite de oliva,\u00a0poquito, y pon un lecho\u00a0de rodajas de patata, encima la cebolla, encima\u00a0el pimiento, encima el\u00a0tomate, y para terminar las rodajas de salm\u00f3n\u00a0debidamente\u00a0salpimentadas. Mete a horno fuerte cinco\u00a0minutos, echa por encima el\u00a0mejunje de vino blanco-ajo-perejil, y deja cinco\u00a0minutos mas.\u00a0Evidentemente el tiempo depende de lo grueso\u00a0que sea el salmon y como\u00a0te guste de hecho. Personalmente opino que\u00a0diez minutos es tiempo de\u00a0sobra (si no va a comer nadie mas, yo lo hago\u00a0en cinco minutos para\u00a0mi, me gusta el salmon muy crudo).\u00a0Ah, lo de freir las patatas, la cebolla y el\u00a0pimiento se puede hacer\u00a0en la freidora sin mayor problema. Hay quien\u00a0prefiere fre\u00edr tambi\u00e9n un\u00a0poquito el tomate. Para todo tiene que haber\u00a0gustos&#8230;Para conseeguir el punto de los ajos se puede\u00a0escalivar una cabeza\u00a0entera o bien a fuego muy lento fre\u00edrlos en\u00a0aceite hasta quedar\u00a0confitados (prefiero esta opci\u00f3n y sin pelarlos):\u00a0Escalivar o fre\u00edr los ajos. Pelarlos. En un\u00a0mortero mezclar la\u00a0pulpa de los ajos con un pa de yemas de huevo\u00a0y a\u00f1adir despacio el\u00a0aceite hasta coseguir una mayonesa suave.\u00a0Escalivar o fre\u00edr los ajos.
