{"id":30746,"date":"2020-10-26T17:23:52","date_gmt":"2020-10-26T16:23:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/?p=30746"},"modified":"2020-10-26T17:23:52","modified_gmt":"2020-10-26T16:23:52","slug":"pan-de-muerto-con-ajonjoli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.irenemilito.it\/es\/pan-de-muerto-con-ajonjoli\/","title":{"rendered":"Pan de muerto con ajonjol\u00ed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Porciones:\u00a0<\/strong>4 panes medianos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dificultad: <\/strong>Media<\/p>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n: <\/b>3 horas<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>500 gramos de harina<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharadita de mejorador de pan<\/li>\n<li>80 gramos de az\u00facar<\/li>\n<li>5 gramos de sal<\/li>\n<li>20 gramos de levadura fresca<\/li>\n<li>3 yemas de huevos<\/li>\n<li>150 mililitros de pu\u00edque<\/li>\n<li>1 cucharada de vainilla<\/li>\n<li>30 gramos de masa madre<\/li>\n<li>100 gramos de margarina<\/li>\n<li>1 huevo ligeramente batido<\/li>\n<li>4 cucharadas de ajonjol\u00ed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Coloca en el tazo\u0301n de la batidora, Retira del refrigerador y coloca 1 cucharadita de mejorador con el utensilio de gancho, la harina, mejorador, azu\u0301car, sal y levadura. Mezcla hasta que se integren. Agrega las yemas de huevo batiendo a velocidad media. Despue\u0301s poco a poco agrega el pulque y la vainilla. Bate hasta que se forme una masa lisa y homoge\u0301nea. Incorpora la masa madre as\u00ed como la margarina que debe estar a punto de pomada. Bate 15 minutos o hasta que la masa se separe de las paredes y te quede manejable. En un tazo\u0301n limpio, espolvorea un poco de harina y coloca la masa. Refrigera 30 minutos para que la masa repose. Retira del refrigerador y coloca sobre mente enharinada. Divide la masa en 4 partes iguales, bolea cada parte de manera que te queden iguales, aplasta un poco cada una con el rodillo y pica con los dedos toda la superficie de los panes. Elabora de igual manera todos los panes. Barniza con el huevo y espolvorea con el ajonjoli\u0301 para decorar. Coloca los panes en una charola previamente engrasada y enharinada dejando un espacio entre cada uno. Coloca en un lugar calientito, puede ser junto al horno prendido. Deja fermentar hasta que doble su taman\u0303o, aproximadamente 30 minutos dependiendo que\u0301 tan caliente este\u0301 el ambiente. Hornea a 160\u00b0C 50 minutos o hasta que veas que este\u0301 ligeramente dorado el pan y cocido por dentro.
